Such bookcases were originally designed for lawyers to store the reference books, hence the name barrister bookcase. This bookcase is comprised of 5 separate pieces for ease in transporting. T are three different size storage sections. The doors are designed to rise up and slide in for easy access. T is another identical stack that is available if you are looking for a pair.

This standing floor mirror is referred to as a cheval mirror. The original mirror is in a mahogany frame. The mirror itself has some silvering loss, but nothing extensive. The mirror is designed to tilt up or down for better viewing. The mirror part is ingenuously attached to the arm supports and can be easily removed for transporting.
